Legends & Lore Specialty Tour at Historic Sotterley

HOLLYWOOD, Md., Various Dates in October – Back by popular demand, Historic Sotterley is offering its Legends & Lore Specialty Tour again this October with new new stories. Step into a world of forbidden love, gambling debts, and murder as historian Sam Baldwin joins forces with actors Michael Blackwell and Shannon Spalding to bring Sotterley’s unconfirmed but oh so fun legends to life. This immersive specialty tour begins with a captivating presentation and continues through the manor house, where guests will encounter live scenes that explore the possibilities.

 

Before the tour begins, guests are invited to mingle at a pre-tour reception in Historic Sotterley’s beautiful Historic Barn for refreshments and light bites.

 

Tour Details

  • Dates: October 17, 18, 24 & 25
  • Times: 6:00 PM, 6:45 PM, 7:30 PM, and 8:15 PM
  • Capacity: Limited to 20 guests per tour
  • Age Recommendation: 16 & older
  • Accessibility: Walking and standing required; the historic manor house is not ADA compliant
  • Reservations: Advance booking required—no walk-ins permitted
  • Arrival: Please check in at the Historic Barn 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour
