This year proceeds from Sunset at Sotterley will support one of Historic Sotterley’s most important endeavors: Educational Programming. From school field trips to curated events, Sotterley’s educational programs reach thousands of students, families, and community members, but demand continues to grow. In 2026, we have already outpaced our field trip rate for the last several years. Schools are seeking meaningful, local learning experiences, families are looking for educational opportunities outside of the classroom, and community members are searching to connect with local history.
