June 28th class- Art inspired by birds! Participants will meet at Sotterley’s historic Warehouse where we will discuss some of the colorful Maryland birds found in the area of Historic Sotterley. Creation Guide Jami will give some tips and show some FUN techniques to create pop-up cards and/or a small booklet made of materials including feathers and foliage. There will be resource materials provided to use for visual aids.

Materials will be provided for all participants. This event is geared toward ages 6 and up.

Parents, please note that this is not a drop-off event and children are expected to have a parent or guardian with them at all times. Parents who would like to paint are welcome to purchase a regular ticket, or if you will just be accompanying your child you only need to pay our usual grounds fee.
