The security deposit is $500 and is refunded in full following the event, provided the site is left in good condition. 

The non-refundable deposit, is $500 and this amount is credited to your final balance, provided the event is not cancelled. If client cancels event no later than 30 days prior to the date of the event, client is entitled to a refund of all rental fees, except the non-refundable deposit. 

If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to the event date and up until two weeks prior to the event date, client will forfeit 50% of the total rental fee. 

If cancellation occurs within two weeks prior to the event date, client will forfeit the entire rental fee, except the security deposit.
