DESCRIPTION:June 19-22\, 2025 – In honor of Juneteenth\, Historic Sotterley will offer guided tours focusing on stories of strength and resilience. Learn about how over the centuries\, the enslaved at Sotterley resisted against slavery\, how they maintained strength and identity when it had been denied to them\, how they built families and communities\, and discover how many took their freedom\, and what life was like at Sotterley after the abolition of slavery. \n  \nTour Times\nFriday – Saturday: 10:30 am\, 12:30 pm\, 2:00 pm \nSunday’s tours will be open house all day long due to the From Legacy to Leadership event\, but will still have a focus on stories of strength and resilience.
