SUMMARY:Homeschool Day Nature Walk
DESCRIPTION:September 15th\, 2023 – The Sierra Club Southern Maryland Group will be partnering with Historic Sotterley for a family-friendly homeschool day activity. From 10:30 am to 12:30 pm\, kids can take a nature walk exploring the grounds of Sotterley and learning about local ecosystem. Afterwards\, children will have the opportunity to create their own artistic masterpiece depicting the gardens of Sotterley. \nThe event is $5 per person\, but guided tours will be available for an additional purchase if families wish to extend their stay and learn about Sotterley’s history.
