DESCRIPTION:Socializing with Distance while Supporting Local!\nFree to the public\, come support your local community.\n\n\n\nFriendly Friday Market\nHelping Hands\, Helping Others! \nSeptember 25\, 2020\n4 pm – 7 pm\n\nHelping Hands\, Helping Others!\nIn addition to supporting local vendors whose wares will be featured\, this event will celebrate the selfless volunteers who make our community a better place while providing opportunities for you to also extend a helping hand! Donations of non-perishable food\, produce and/or warm-weather clothing will be collected that day to help those in need in our own community. Learn about the work being done by non-profits in our local community who directly support those who are most vulnerable and find out about volunteer opportunities. Join us as we build a better community – TOGETHER!\n\nTo provide additional support to our community\, Historic Sotterley will gratefully accept donations of non-perishable food and produce from your garden or farm at the Markets.  Sotterley currently donates produce grown on-site to help those in need through its Growing for Good program.  Your generous donations will help us make a greater impact together!  This week‘s recipient will be St. Mary’s Caring.\n\nPlease check the Sotterley website as we get closer to the event for a full listing of vendors and activities for the day.\nSocial distancing of at least 6 ft. should always be practiced\, and face coverings are required.\n\nThe third of three Family Friendly Markets leading up to “The Riverside Community Marketplace” on October 3rd & 4th!\nA two-day event including vendors\, artisans\, demos\, wineries\, breweries\, distilleries\, special events including tractor pulls\, food vendors and more!!\nMore details to come!!!\nCLICK HERE to check out all of Sotterley’s Events\nFAQs \nHow can I contact the organizer with any questions? \nYou may call the office at 301-373-2280 or email officemanager@sotterley.org
